In a typical Interactive Marketing Solutions Program the end customers (your customers) have a choice of Interaction
methods. The may use any touch tone phone to call toll-free into our Interactive Voice Response System or use a custom
designed web site.
Interactive Voice Response
The Interactive Voice Response System uses state of the art voice technolgy to allow the end customer to dial into a toll-
free phone number and connect to our servers. Once connected the server plays a script of prerecorded prompts and asks
the user to respond by pressing numbers on the telephone keypad. The system is simple to use and since nearly everyone
has access to a touch-tone phone it provides a method of broad access.
Interactive Web Response
Interactive Web response provides a more visual and rich environment for interaction. The user simply navigates to the
web address printed on the marketing piece and follows the step by step instructions. Each web site is custom designed for
your application and provides a simple wizard style interface taht walks the end user through the interaction step by step.
