phone card reward for particpation, interactive data collection, and custom reporting. To activate the reward the recipient
must complete a short survey. The program has been running on an ongoing basis for a number of years now and with over
275,000 pieces mailed and over a 20% response rate this program can be deemed a phenomanal success!
Retail - Customer Satisfaction
Cool Cuts 4 Kids, the nations largest children's hair care chain, was looking for a program to collect customer satisfaction
data and to build and improve their customer database. Positive Results provided an Interactive Marketing Solutions direct mail
program with a custom 30 minute phone card reward, customer registration, a 12 question customer satisfaction survey, web
and toll-free IVR Phone Support, and custom reporting. The program was a success with over a 8% response rate!
Product Tracking
Verizon wanted to track the distribution and usage of its' SuperPages directories for marketing information. We provided a
custom, branded 30 minute phone card to be attached to the inside cover of the SuperPages directories prior to delivery. Once
directories were delivered the recipient upon opening the directory would find the phone card and complete the required
registration to activate the phone card via an on-line web site or through the toll-free IVR phone system allowing Verizon to
analyze the distribution and usage of thier directories.
